The Key Reporter is Phi Beta Kappa's national quarterly publication for members.
It includes news and stories about Phi Beta Kappa's various events, programs, awards, members in the news and reviews from our book critics.

Submissions

The Key Reporter welcomes the submission of short articles from or about its members, chapters and associations. Articles must be brief and appeal to a general interest reader in the sciences or humanities. The required length is 600 words with one photo for a one-page article, or 1,400 words with two photos for a two-page article. Smaller items of 100-200 words with a photo directly related to Phi Beta Kappa may also be considered.

All members of Phi Beta Kappa receive a free, lifetime subscription to The Key Reporter.
New members of Phi Beta Kappa receive four issues of The Key Reporter during their first year of membership.
The spring and fall issues are mailed to every member living in the United States for whom the Society has an address.
All four quarterly issues of The Key Reporter are sent to members who support the Society and its programs with annual contributions.
Contributions to Phi Beta Kappa are fully tax deductible. Checks made out to the Phi Beta Kappa Society may be addressed to Annual Gifts at the national office.
For non-members, single copies are available for $2; one year’s subscription is $5. Simply mail your subscription request and payment to the national office of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

To update your mailing address, login on the home page under Member Login or send an address change request by e-mail to Membership. Address corrections may also be submitted in writing to the national office of Phi Beta Kappa.
